No Refunds on Design Services
All purchases — including à la carte services, branding, graphics, and digital deliverables — are non-refundable.Once a project is booked, time and resources are immediately allocated to your order.
Revisions
Each service includes a set number of revisions as listed in the product description.If additional revisions are needed, they can be purchased for an added fee.
CancellationsIf you need to cancel a project before any work has begun, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours or once work has started, cancellations are not accepted.
Turnaround TimesEstimated turnaround times are listed on each service. These do not include weekends or holidays.
Rush services are available for an additional fee.
Communication Delays
If a project becomes delayed due to missing information, approvals, or client feedback, the timeline will be extended.Refunds are not issued for delays caused by lack of communication.
File Delivery
Final files will be delivered digitally through email or download link. Once files are delivered, the project is considered complete.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Work does not begin until payment is received.3. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are listed on each service. Timelines may shift if information or approvals are delayed.4. Revisions
Each service includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may be purchased for an extra fee.5. Communication
All communication must happen via email, text, or the platform you booked on. Delays in communication will extend the project timeline.6. File Delivery
Final files are provided digitally. Trilogy House does not print, ship, or manage external vendors unless stated.7. No Refunds
Due to the nature of custom design work, all sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.8. Ownership & Usage
You receive the right to use your final approved design for your business. Trilogy House retains the right to showcase any completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
9. Project Abandonment
If there is no response within 7 days, the project may be marked as completed with no refund.

2. Correct Spelling & Information
All text must be proofread before sending. We design based on the exact spelling you provide.
3. Correct Email
Ensure your email is entered correctly at checkout. This is where your files and communication will be sent.
4. Clear Vision
You should have a general direction or concept for your design. If you need help developing a vision, please book a brand consultation first.

Once your order is placed, here is what you can expect:
1. Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and any additional questions we may need answered.2. Project Start
Work begins once all required information is submitted. Missing details delay the timeline.3. First Draft
You will receive your initial draft within the standard turnaround window. Drafts may include watermarks until approval.4. Revision Process
You can request adjustments based on the number of revisions included with your service. Please be specific with your feedback.5. Final Delivery
Once approved, your final design files will be sent in the agreed formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.). Final files are considered project completion.6. File Storage
We store your files for 30 days. After that period, retrieval may require a small fee.7. Respectful Communication
We maintain a professional and respectful communication environment and expect the same in return.
