Terms + Conditions + Policies

Photography • Videography • Production

1. Booking & Scheduling

  • All sessions require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date and time.

  • Dates are confirmed only after the retainer and signed agreement are received.

  • Remaining balances are due 24 hours before the session unless stated otherwise.

  • Late arrivals cut into your booked time. If you’re more than 20 minutes late, your session may be rescheduled with a new retainer.

 

2. Turnaround Time

 

Photography

 

  • Standard galleries: 7–14 business days

  • Large events: 14–21 business days

 

Videography

 

  • Highlight edits: 14–21 business days

  • Full productions: 21–30+ business days depending on project scope

 

Production (Commercial, Short Film, Campaigns)

 

  • Timelines vary by project and will be outlined in your proposal and contract.

 

Rush delivery is available for an added fee.

 

3. Revisions

 

  • Photography packages include 1 round of minor edits (lighting, color, crop). Additional edits are billed per image.

  • Videography and production include up to 2 rounds of revisions depending on the package.

  • Changes outside the original scope (new scenes, reshoots, script changes, added footage, etc.) will require an additional fee.

 

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

  • You may reschedule once without penalty as long as the request is made 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations result in the forfeiture of your retainer.

  • If Trilogy House must reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or technical issues, your retainer transfers to a new date.

 

5. Weather Policy

 

For outdoor sessions, Trilogy House will determine if conditions are safe and suitable.

Unsafe weather will result in a free reschedule.

 

6. Creative Direction

 

By booking with Trilogy House, you acknowledge and trust our professional style, vision, editing approach, and workflow.

We do not recreate exact images from other artists. Inspiration is welcome, but final creative direction is at our discretion.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

 

  • Please arrive ready, styled, and camera-ready unless glam services were booked.

  • Bring any props or items you want included.

  • Children’s sessions require a guardian present at all times.

 

8. Trilogy House Image Rights

 

  • Trilogy House owns the rights to all photos, videos, and production footage created.

  • Clients receive usage rights based on the package purchased.

  • Images and footage may be used for Trilogy House marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you request a privacy add-on.

 

9. Client Usage Rights

 

You may use your delivered content for:

 

  • Personal use

  • Social media

  • Business marketing (if outlined in your package)

 

You may NOT:

 

  • Sell the content

  • Apply third-party filters or heavy alterations

  • Give images/footage to other businesses for ads unless permission is granted

  • Claim the work as your own production

 

10. Production Policies (Short Films, Commercial Work, Creative Projects)

 

  • All production work follows your approved script, project outline, or storyboard.

  • Any production day changes must be approved 48 hours in advance.

  • Additional filming days, location changes, and talent additions will incur additional fees.

  • Trilogy House may decline unsafe environments or requests outside our equipment capabilities.

11. Equipment & Damages

Any damage caused to Trilogy House equipment due to client negligence will be billed to the client.

12. Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods:

 

  • Zelle

  • Cash App

  • PayPal invoicing

  • Debit/credit via invoice

Full payment must be received for final files to be released.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on:

 

  • Retainers

  • Completed sessions

  • Delivered photos

  • Delivered video edits

  • Production work already filmed or edited

  • Cancellations made by the client

Refunds may be considered only if Trilogy House cancels your service and no reschedule or alternative date can be agreed upon.

 

Reshoots or re-edits are offered only in cases where Trilogy House is at fault (technical error, corrupted files, incomplete coverage).

 

All other reshoots require a new booking.

13. Final Delivery

  • Galleries and videos are delivered digitally.

  • Trilogy House does not store files indefinitely. We recommend downloading and backing up your content upon delivery.

  • Re-delivery of archived files may include a fee.
